Oil Pan Gasket

Much, much, much easier to do this job with the engine pulled, absolutely yes. Doing it in situ isn't quite so likely to make you swear to pull the engine next time…but almost. Plus, there's a bunch of other stuff you can easily do at the same time. Check/replace other gaskets that are a pain with the engine in (oil pump, oil pump cover, timing cover/front seal…), take a look at the engine mounts in case if they're due, etc.
