SM Head Modifications on a budget

Here's a shot of removing the bolt buldge, tubing so you can still oil the rockers via the heads. This effectively pulls air over to that side of the port/bowl/chamber and allows a much better ST shape on that side. Those heads flowed good, around 310-315 cfm at .700 lift.

What was the valve size? Interesting that the tube protrusion didn’t create problems.
