when I measured the width of my duster's wheelwell, I got about 12.3" wide to the inside lip of the wheelwell. that lip is about an inch wide, so you could trim or roll it for more clearance. theoretically being super precise on backspacing, wheelwell wise, you should be able to fit up to 295's in a stock wheelwell (12.3"=312mm)

Sure, as long as body roll isn’t a thing. Or sidewall flex. Or suspension flex.

So no, not even theoretically. Because even theory can calculate how much the sidewall will flex.

Realistically you need a 1/2” for clearance on the quarter side, and not much less than 3/8” on the spring side unless you’re running really low profile tires.
