I don’t recall which came first, the Milodon or the Hamburger pan but those SS pans make the most power of ANY pan I’ve tested. Even better than a box style pan with a full length kick out. And the Milodon beat it for power. And oil control until I unscrewed the crap that Stef’s sent out.
Those pans are worth every penny and then some.
