I got a 3 ohm PerTronix Flame Thrower Coil doesn’t require a ballast resistor. Guess I’m going to try it.
What little I can find out is a 3 ohm coil for a 6 cylinder and a 1.5 ohm coil for a V8. Just can’t find anything concrete pertaining to the GM ignition module.
