Blank canvas, steel sided 40x60 pole barn. Thoughts on insulating, electrical, heating???

Anyone can learn to shot primer/\paint. Yea there are details that separate us duffers from the $10,000/job paint pro.
WE all know, the prep is the key, and it is just a lot of hard work and helps top have all the big compressors, mud hogs, good welders, tools, etc. and MUSCLE and stamina!
