I just saw your question. So far, it is still functioning. I have to say, every time I shift out of fourth, I pause, let everything come back to as slow as possible, and then say a small prayer before sliding it out of fourth. I also don't use fourth unless it's really necessary. I'm a bit paranoid about it. But it's still working. :)
