Traumatic Brain Injury is no joke. Have had experience with this situation where a family member was killed and the spouse suffered TBI. They were on a golf cart, not an 11,000 hp funny car........
I know a circle track racer that had a sever driver side impact at 1/3rd that speed and has been in assisted living for several years now. Sad situation.
