340 or 360 complete engine

So just asking;
but are you thinking your budget is gonna include;
the engine, the trans, the convertor, the rear end, the driveshaft? plus,
the exhaust system including either headers or 340 logs, and
the cooling system, the ignition system,
the intake, 4bbl, and air cleaner?
the K-member, the suspension, steering, and brakes?
and wheels and tires? Oh I see you already have those last bits.
What I mean is that I think I might have everything you need in one package, but not for 3Gs
sorry man.

and yeah, I think it deserves a sweet but tame V8.
3k is my budget for engine and transmission only, and have a friend that’s giving me a 904 for a smallblock for $100, so still looking for an engine. Might even consider a built 318, but prefer a 340 or 360.
Going to stick with the current rear end brakes, and k-member for now, will use headers and Schumacher adapters.
