Hey guys. I think I’ve figured out a way to mount the fan shroud. But when I put it in the location that I think it should go, the fan won’t be centered up and down. Is this normal?

Hey guys. I have figured out how to attach the fan shroud. I just had to drill into a lip on the rad and install these clips and machine screws. The only issue is that the fan won’t be centered up and down in the shroud opening. Is this normal?
