Found my dads original 1971 duster!
The '70 service manual would seem to support that all 340 cars got a shroud regardless of what transmission and AC or not.
To me, it seems logical that they got one. Can't imagine why the one here wouldn't have the mounts, and why Nigel would have 2 without them.
