Dot date

I suppose they could have bucked the industry norm and put a 2 digit year (which wasn't required in the dot date code until after 2000)....but my guess is still the first 3 characters of the DL2267 are a mold cavity identifier, the next 2 are the week (26th week of the year), and the last the year, so you can't be sure if they're from '67 or '77. still older than I would want to drive on.....
For sure, the theory they were 67 was pretty cool tho.
