Vintage Air 63016-VUL - Under Dash Double Louver A/C Vent - (Chrome Trim) | eBay this would be an alternative new piece...so have a simple cover made for the coil with a hole to match this vintage air piece. paint the fabricated metal cover black mount this ebay piece into it and you would have a nice-looking replacement piece that does not crowd the underside of the dash.
