Small question about disc brake swaps

I already have a set of upper A Arms with the larg Diameter Balljoint for my 72 Dart. So if i understood everything right as long i have the propper A arms / Bolt Pattern i can mount any Disc brake conversion. The only difference between E / B and A bodys is the larger Diameter upper Balljoint ?
