You have an oil pressure issue. Could be one of several issues. Bad or wrong lifters. Worn lifter bores, Oil passage plug at the end of the lifter galley was not installed<<< Common for shops to forget this plug. Stop running that engine until you look at things. Cut the filter apart and see if you already damaged the engine
