Actually, maybe all the folks here DO run resistor plugs, resistor plug caps, AND resistive wires. I don't. I DID just put together a spiral core lead wire to try to use with a new FBO box...but that remains to be tried.

No, I wasn't using the pertronix, I was using Holley's ignition module, coil and distributor all hyperspark branded stuff, never could get that stuff to work right, so I went back to the pertronix distributor and an Acell coil and it runs fine with that setup.
