Best cam for the street both power & sound

I've been mad busy this past month.
I bought (2) 318's for $400 1983 & 1975
he had one 360 but it was not as complete as the 318's i got and i think going the smaller route is best for what im trying to do.
Eventually I am lucky enough to find a 340.
That'd be the dream!
And the 1983 318 has a quadrajet Holley ig? idk
Does anyone know what carb this is?
