I believe this door fits both. In amazingly nice condition Has only 4 small holes drilled in the door but no dents and is rust free. Glass and vent wing included but no window reg. Located in Reno Nv. $250 plus shipping. It is heavy and awkward so it will probably be pretty expensive to ship. If Fastenal still ships that is probably your best bet.
