1970 Plymouth Duster 402 Magnum, Triple Black

Car- 1970 Duster, original panel car, bucket console, factory a/c with 34,700 ish original miles.

Originally born a 318 car, K5 Deep Burnt Orange Metallic with black pinstripe. Paint on the car now was done in 2021 in Arizona before the car came to Canada and shines nicely. Black 71 340 stripe just applied. Have some pics of the car before paint and showing car during the stripping process prior to paint. This is a solid dry car. No rust. Black vinyl top and black bucket and console interior, both of which are still original and in very good to excellent condition. New ACC carpet. Radio delete car but now has a working factory R11 radio in it.

Making it go- NEW Magnum 402" small block Mopar Performance crate motor.
The engine is the mopar crate P5007647 which is new (brand new 360 block stroked to make 402 cu), Magnum R/T big stainless valve heads, M1 intake, new Quick Fuel HR750 carb. Motor makes 435HP and 475FT pounds according to mopar where the torque curve starts low in the power curve and stays there flat across the board. It pulls Really well and sounds even better. Lumpy cam as shipped from mopar. Nice thing is that it is a 9.0:1 motor so you can easily buy and run pump gas.

New full length TTI ceramic coated thermal barrier step headers and full exhaust out the back, 2.5"

Cooling is by the factory AC/340 3 row radiator.

Rebuilt 727 automatic with Transgo tf-2 kit with a new billet 2800 stall converter. New, balanced driveshaft, and u-joints connect to a strong 3.23 suregrip cone style in an A-body 8.75" housing. Stronger Tapered bearing on the axles, not green bearings.

Brand new fuel system includes Tanks Inc EFI tank with in tank 60 psi pump capable of supporting 550-600 NA with an Edelbrock bypass regulator which brings the pressure down to run the carb, the regulator has boost reference as well. Russel push lock lines used front to back. The system is now easily upgraded to EFI if you choose.

Making it Stop-
Kelsey Hayes small bolt 4 piston front disc rear drum, doctor diff manual 15/16 aluminum 2 post master with 73 and up a-body proportioning valve.

Rebuilt Power steering box and new reman pump.

Brand new Small bolt Cragar’s 15x8 rear and 15x6 front with new and new BFG Radial T/A tires. 215/65r15 front and 255/60r15 rear.

New chrome bumpers, door handles, and sport mirrors (Drivers side remote)

All the factory AC stuff is in the car except the under hood stuff. I put in an NOS dash heat/ac selector vacuum switch and the box works perfectly (I had it out and lubed and adjusted actuator’s etc when I put a new heater core in the car). Putting in the under hood a/c stuff would be quick and easy for those wanting the a/c to be blowing again.

I’m in Alberta Canada and can most likely assist in getting the car to the Alberta Montana US Border at either the Coutts border Crossing in Sweet Grass Mt. or Eureka MT. Or if you prefer you or your carrier can pick it up too. Plan on about a short 3 hour drive from the border to do so.

I HAVE the previous ARIZONA TITLE in hand for the car as it came from the states not too long ago, 2021, so importing and registering should be easy for you. Alberta Canada isn’t a ‘title’ province so the car will be sold with a bill of sale

If you are serious about the car please enquire via PM here and do not ask a bunch of questions in the open forum or on the add in order to keep this post clean and easy to read for everyone.

No fender tag but a pristine build sheet is present and included in the sale

$37,000.00 usd.
