I just took apart some 72 buckets.
they don't have backing plates like the bench seat. Below are bench seat backing plates that were removed from a spare rear seat a while back
For buckets, they just use a push-on washer that grips the medallions post. I used a socket on a screwdriver handle to tap them down tight
