Tomatoes are coming in fast and furious here. This is just what we pulled in the last few days from only 2 plants in a 36” container. These are heirloom Roma tomatoes. Very meaty and rich in flavor with very few seeds.
We have been enjoying them on BLTs and in pasta salads. My wife just made a spinach pasta with Alfredo sauce and about a dozen of these chunked up and added in for dinner.
Nothing like fresh from the garden!
