That is a spreadbore intake. Since the first TQs arrived in 1969, I don't see how that intake would be for a 273. QJs arrived 1966, so may be made for a QJ.
Part number shows it as a late 70s early 80s piece .
My guess is a Direct Connection part aimed at a specific class of racing . Like my cast iron W2 manifold.
