4100337 Part number? Could that number possibly be casting #, and part number is maybe 4100336? Regardless, looks like 1979-80 number [( worked in Material Control then at Chrysler)or was laid off]. I'll guess 1980 Lil Red Truck prototype part, some trucks were produced, not more than 5 maybe? Maybe cop car though, I had a 1979 Grand Fury, I believe E58, big car but fat dog slow.
