I suffer no illusions that those lights will carry on! But after a season and a half of running this car I'm finally feeling comfortable in it, and have figured out what it does and doesn't like. The only change I made to the car since buying is was a complete rewire this past spring, swapping from a dual carb/tunnel ram induction to a single carb Indy intake and a Dominic Thumper built 1050ish carb. The car is slightly slower with the single carb but it seems to be more consistent.
