Any 4 doors out there?

Today I installed new kick panels in interior front. Some one had installed an underdash Panasonic stereo and speakers in the kick panals. Tore it all out and threw into the trash. This car was radio delete and plan on keeping it that way.

My plan is to get her mechanical sound and use her as a cool driver.
The engine runs strong and has a rebuilt (maybe) automatic that shifts fine. purchased new Monroe shocks but my trusted mechanic said the o0nes in it looked new and seemed fine. So I returned them.

Here's some projects for the future-

Need to hunt up another rear bumper.
Front windshield is starting to delaminate.
Speedometer is dead. This looks like a very long job.
I have detected no rust thru, just simple surface on the exterior that I have been treating.

Oregun winters are nothing to write home about, but this car will keep me busy with stuff I love to do.
The car came with a couple of boxes of parts. some are OK, but far from pristine. A couple a tail lights, grill, directional and a bunch of small doodads.

The Lancer's name is Virgil.
