Small block bottom build horsepower limit

Somebody liked a post and this thread popped up.
Took a look at that track outside Winnemuca, Nevada out of curiosity to see what track conditions are.
Bearing in mind it’s currently 68 degrees there with low humidity and 9 in the morning, so I would guess pretty stellar conditions for that place…
