Here's my experience from those clowns...note the hanger on the left I fixed/welded it.

I fixed/welded the shackles too, wasn't worth time/energy and bs to TRY and return them. Sad....

I sent them the pictures this morning and they offered to credit the full purchase price back to me. Pretty straight forward process and I'm assuming this was just a fluke so will keep ordering from them for the time being.
