Leaving phone out of reach

I gave up trying to get family on the east coast to stop calling and texting early in the morning on their end. It usually happens during a group conversation. However, 0700 in Georgia is 0400 in Washington. I had to turn the phone off at night to sleep.

And yes, after retiring I find myself on the casual approach to being available. Like Joe Walsh, just leave a message, maybe I'll call.....
