Leaving phone out of reach

I keep my phone in my office most of the time. If I'm in the shop working, my phone is in my office. I do check it periodically. When I go to bed, the phone stays in the office. I take calls I want to, if it's important, I do listen to messages. Meanwhile, I do what's important to me and do not get interrupted by solicitors.
