I like the Street Demon idea, but a 750 no doubt. I really like mine. It's still a tad lean after I put in one size smaller metering rods. I'm going up one size on the primary jets next. That should take care of it. I wouldn't put a 650 anything on a 340. They came with an 800 after all.
