1969 D100 Pickup Exhaust question

Walker FX-Sound oblong muffler. But they are just a tin can in and out.

These mufflers at Rock Auto supposed to be original sound, who knows???

They are the correct shape for the D100 pickups.

Found this one for an '89, other years were not available.
