Back when I was a rabid Audiophile a good Audio-buddy of mine (who was on his way out of the hobby) said something I've never forgotten: "I'd rather live my life with music, than for music".
I forget that every now and then, but thankfully it pops into my feeble brain every so often to remind me of what's important.
