That’s probably about right,,,,the boot protrudes a fair amount from the output shaft .
Let’s see,,,,,right about an inch end clearance ,,or a little more ?
That means their a tad long. The stock 48 5/8 seems to me quite adequate. Granted I will have more insertion with their measurement. Just so long I can get it in.
