Might need some heat. If you can't get it to break free with heat, maybe drill the hinge rivets if you can find replacements that are that small? It might just be too far gone.

Another 24 hour bath in EvapoRust and some propane flame applied with several splashes of PB Blaster did the trick! After Welding up the little crack to stiffen the door, its working like a champ! Thanks for the hlepful answers!
