When I was about 5 years old, my grandpa would take my little hand, I would lead him around.
He said he was thankful because I was his eyes.
He was blind. We would go to town on the bus, eat at all the nice restaurants in town, go to the sporting goods store.
He did not care, he was getting to re-experience all the things he remembered when he could see.
