I took the floats out 4 times and didn't notice anything wrong. Tonight I gave them a little shake and sure enough, fuel in one. New floats should be ready for pickup tomorrow.
The carburetor is only three years old and I only adjusted the floats twice. I wouldn't have thought they would have gotten a hole in them.
