Kelsey Hayes calipers right and left #s

I noticed that a lot of places have these listed backwards or I just got lucky ?
I had bought a new pair of rotors, pads and a pair of Cardone calipers from someone.
I got 2 left calipers. No problem, still got a good deal. I’ve found it’s the pass side that is hard to find. I searched around and just found Summit had 10+ available 18-4407 Right side, and only 1 18-4406 left side so I ordered it and it is the right side, that I needed. So 18-4407 is left side
18-4406 is right side
Not sure why it seems so many places have them listed backwards, but they do.
