Ready to pull the trigger on rear sway bar set up 70 Dart, 8 3|4 axle....

I agree 100% about the Addco bars. The bars are fine. The hardware blows. I put an Addco front bar on Vixen, but I got a universal sway bar mount kit from Energy Suspension. I also mounted it up a lot higher than what Addco recommends so it has lots of ground clearance. I also got their 7/8 rear bar. The mounting hardware for that bar was much better than the front, but the links were way too long, so again, Energy Suspension to the rescue. I also made some reinforcement plates for the frame rails out of 1/4" plate welded to the frame rails, because I've read where the U bolts can pull through the frame rails. Ain't happenin with this one. The Addco bars can work fine as long as you know going in about the hardware. Had I not found both bars at a really great deal. I would have likely gone with Hotchkis.
