Seat height question

Normal charging just post starting.

With blue ignition wire removed and a jumper connected from bat + to ign terminal on the VR.

I checked the voltage while it is doing this and the bat voltage is 12-13.

Normal charging is 14-14.5 steady.

There is a 0.5 v drop on the blue ign wire
