Name this Carb.....

thanks all for the replies, even the actual name someone gave, LMAO

i have tried to get the vacuum to read anything but the same number and it looks like i need a rebuild or at least good cleaning. that being said, i have the original Carter that i would like to get back on there, does anyone know of a good reputable place that would rebuild/really clean a carb? i have some knowledge but would rather let someone with proper tools and cleaning solutions (ultrasonic cleaner) to do this, and maybe a guarantee???
