Stop in for a cup of coffee

This dumb Californian has a question for the easterners/philly cheese steak consumers.
What condiments get added to them sammiches in it's home territory?
Now don't laugh, my favorite Mexican take out joint has a philly cheese steak burrito and it is very tasty.
They have a house roasted salsa that is great stuff, so good it could probly make broccoli taste good :lol:
