My plan included driving the silver Duster the 60 miles one way back and forth to the track Friday and Saturday but was forced to change plans because I wrenched my back moving a flower pot for my wife the previous Sunday. Although loaded with Ibuprofen, at times I could hardly get around, walk or stand. Still had a great time, by Wednesday (today), the back spasm have stopped and slowly getting back to normal. Easy on the lifting.
