Anyone know anything about Subarus?

Ok, that's a lead, not a bad price either even if in USD, thankyou, you say, " have a couple of the JDM in vehicles " you do? Did you do the work your self? I read the JDM stuff dosnt just bolt up without mods?

They suggest you use your intake w/ injectors, stuff like that.
You can do simple tuneup, preventative maintenance, but pretty serviceable as is. I have had the local JDM distributor do a swap, and I have done my own. The engines are pulled with the accessories - typically alternator, p/s pump, a/c compressor, etc. again probably serviceable as is. They pull them in Japan at 55-65k miles or so, I believe. They will typically state the mileage. They typically appear well serviced or maintained. I just did the timing belt on my JDM engine as routine maintenance four years after initial replacement. Everything looks good. Been happy.
