Planning my shop Build-out for next summer, looking for advice.

You guys be careful with those overhead or wherever you install the extension cord reels. I've seen two of them catch on fire. If you put a heavy load on them, make sure you pull all of the cord out. That goes for any extension cord. My Dad taught me that one.
