When Jack owned/ran the company things were good. After he passed the "crap hit the fan". I don't know exactly what happened, but when Larry started running the company things went downhill. If you have any influence with Larry, tell him to stop lying to customers, and listen to them when Customers who know their vehicles/engines tell him he is wrong about what works and doesn't work.
