Wow, watching the reports of the carnage from down south from the hurricane. We are lucky that no one here was affected. DeltaV on the Mod staff doesn't have electricity or cell service but is ok. I haven't heard of anyone else that was wiped out. (yet).

But wait until you read the giant multi page document they’re making those who they are giving assistance to sign. It gives FEMA first right to purchase any property owned by the applicant at the average of 5 years of market price. At any time. No BS. It is the same exact thing they did in Maui and people sued over and is pending in courts.

Anyway, on a positive note, our Jeep club managed to hook up with an existing Jeep non profit club that has been a long time foodbank in North Carolina so we’re convoying supplies to them. FEMA can’t stop us now.
