In order to discern between Valiant and Barracuda bezels, you need to look to the inside edge of the bezel where it meets the grille section. barracuda has a flat bottom edge that sits on the grille surround, the Valiant ones have a scalloped edge because they sit on the tines of the Valiant grille ribs.
