Tune up questions

Did some more testing. Runs flawlessly for the first 30-45 mins, including reving to 6000+ rpm. After about 45, starts to random miss at idle. After 1-1.5 hours it will not idle and does the backfire thing.

Will drive it for an hour and then swap out parts and report back.
