Any thoughts on the torker 340 intake? I had one on my 340 and it was a DOG. When I replaced it with an RPM airgap, the difference was night and day. I always wondered if that's common.

As an aside, I struggled to even get $75 for that torker 340 when I sold it, so I'm guessing everyone knows they suck?

For its age and used in that era, does a mildly ported Torker flowing 236 at .500 suck?
Those are the specs on a friends car

I want a Torker for 2 reasons.
I'm using 70's speed parts on my car.
70's Torker were widely known. I love the design.

Secondly, I will be using 360 mag heads drilled for LA pattern for the Torker.

The CH318A Magnum as cast heads flow .227 @ .500

I'm very secure that this will be a good combo after I clean up the Mag heads , I'm hoping this will be enuff for 450 HP after all
