I contacted brewers on a full kit but they weren’t takin orders for transmissions and won’t be for a while.. I did find the trans, bellhousing, some of the linkage, shifter, and clutch from a resto shop that was converting from manual to auto.. they had that for sale and I pounced. I did have to get some parts from brewers to finish it out like pedals and various odds and ends. The trans was already rebuilt.. I took it for its first drive today and it was mostly successful. Need to dial in the 1-2 shift rod and adjust the pedal/linkage to engage the clutch sooner. Otherwise it was a success.. I’m glad it’s “done”. Def a learning experience and I have no desire to swap one again.. personally at least lol
I still need to finish the final resting place for the hump, pull the column arm, lay down new carpet, maybe put down some dynamat or something similar. I’d like to take off the PRNDL and column stub but that’s a project all its own
